In campuses all across America, students are being bombarded with
a multitude of meal options. Gone are the days of residential,
cafeteria-style dining halls being the only source of a student's
sustenance. National restaurant chains are jumping into the collegiate
market, and "grab and go" kiosks are relying on time-crunched students
and faculty to line up for a quick bite, not to mention documenting the
hours of HACCP standards.
